Sizing Details

​All items run true to size unless otherwise stated. Sizing details are provided in the listings via slides or in the description. If any further information is required please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Gift Wrapping & Packaging

Our items are shipped in self-sealing poly mailers with high-adhering adhesive seal strips and UV protecting coating inside. they are resistant to punctures and tampering. Garments are professionally folded and inserted neatly into the package. Larger orders are packaged in a corrugated box. We currently do not offer gift wrapping services.

Care Instructions

Care instructions are provided in the product descriptions. These instructions are provided by our suppliers and are there to provide maximum durability / longevity to the product. We want to ensure the very highest quality is provided and if there is any further information required please do get in touch. Should any problems arise with your item having followed the instructions we will aim to resolve with you and our supplier as soon as reasonably possible.

Colors

Due to the nature of production, colors can vary slightly from product flat lay images, these variables may be very small but can occur. We want you to be completely satisfied with your product, if you have any concerns please get in touch and we will do our level best to rectify.

Shipping Costs

All shipping / delivery costs are shown in your preferred currency and include tracking on most items. This cost will be shown at the checkout and may be charged per item, if your order includes products from different suppliers. We do offer free shipping options in some cases, this will be presented to you at the checkout.

Delivery Times

All delivery times / estimates are shown at point of order. You may also find them on our Shop Policies page. Please be advised that these are estimated times and may vary dependent on supplier availability and postal services. We will always strive to fulfill all orders within the timeframes advertised, however should any issues arise we will do our very best to resolve as soon as we can.

We work with a number of verified suppliers / production partners from around the world. The majority are based in the United States, but we also supply from Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and China.
